Itinerary

  • April 2015 - 6 days @ Airbnb in Causeway Bay

Highlights

  • Spending my Spring Break with some of my greatest college pals (Elliott, Daniel, Claude, Kevin, Caressa, Tanya, Tina) after finding round trip flights for $600!

  • Celebrating Heinz and Kraft merge with all the bankers at Lan Kai Fong. Go for Wan Chai Wednesdays, great ladies night specials.

  • Visiting Tian Tan and taking a cable car ride (Ngong Ping 360) to the top.

  • The lights are a little dark here…. Lets dim sum. Definitely go to the cheapest Michelin Star, Tim Ho Wan.

  • Hiking up Victoria Peak to catch the Hong Kong landscape at sunset.

  • Taking a day trip to Macau, Asia’s version of Las Vegas. Beyond the casinos, there is the original part of Macau which features museums, great egg tarts, and local shops.

  • Shopping in Mong Kok. One of the most famous flea markets to shop at, it’s where I got my famous cat bag (I still use to this day!) and two fake Longchamp bags that I used for almost three years.

Lowlights

  • Losing my phone the first night in Hong Kong... It happens and now I have AT&T Insurance.

  • Being very could while watching an anti-climatic horse race. I think I will stick to the ones in Del Mar, San Diego instead.
