Itinerary
April 2015 - 6 days @ Airbnb in Causeway Bay
Highlights
Spending my Spring Break with some of my greatest college pals (Elliott, Daniel, Claude, Kevin, Caressa, Tanya, Tina) after finding round trip flights for $600!
Celebrating Heinz and Kraft merge with all the bankers at Lan Kai Fong. Go for Wan Chai Wednesdays, great ladies night specials.
Visiting Tian Tan and taking a cable car ride (Ngong Ping 360) to the top.
The lights are a little dark here…. Lets dim sum. Definitely go to the cheapest Michelin Star, Tim Ho Wan.
Hiking up Victoria Peak to catch the Hong Kong landscape at sunset.
Taking a day trip to Macau, Asia’s version of Las Vegas. Beyond the casinos, there is the original part of Macau which features museums, great egg tarts, and local shops.
Shopping in Mong Kok. One of the most famous flea markets to shop at, it’s where I got my famous cat bag (I still use to this day!) and two fake Longchamp bags that I used for almost three years.
Lowlights
Losing my phone the first night in Hong Kong... It happens and now I have AT&T Insurance.
Being very could while watching an anti-climatic horse race. I think I will stick to the ones in Del Mar, San Diego instead.
