Born and raised in Torrance, CA. Every time I come back to the city I fall in love with it all over again. Sorry, don’t have the best recommendations here because all I do when I’m back home is hangout with my parents and go to the beach.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Exploring museums. -- LACMA, MOMA, La Brea Tarpits

• Going out to KTown (one of the best K-Towns in the country). 

  • For drinks -- Hotel Line, Gaam, Ddong Ggo.

  • For KBBQ -- Quarters or Kang Ho-dong Baekjeong.

  • For shaved snow -- Sul N Beans.

• Torrance favorite foods: Boiling Point, The Standing Room, King Poke

• Nightlife in LA: Perch (best rooftop bar!!!!), Bungalow, The Victorian

• Event spaces -- Griffith Observatory, Going to Coachella. 

• Hikes: Palos Verdes, Hollywood Sign

• The sadness I feel every time I arrive at LAX, knowing that I’ll have to be back at that airport soon enough again.
